Having spent most of my career helping companies and clients fix a wide range of challenges, from governance and execution to policy and personnel, Erin Gerald was a natural fit. We are problem solvers — and my mission is to mobilize the right mix of expertise and experience for every client engagement.

I believe the success of any business starts and ends with its people. That's why I've spent my career helping companies develop and execute talent initiatives that have enabled business strategies, improved performance, and optimized operations for global employee populations of up to 200,000 and revenues of up to $40B.

I'm passionate about inclusive design, strategy, and intentional innovation, and enjoy helping clients craft authentic and memorable experiences that enable their business strategies. It's incredibly fulfilling to lead our multi-disciplinary teams in implementing compelling designs that drive client success both for market-facing capabilities and employee-facing initiatives.

Throughout my career I've always been fascinated by the transformational impact technology can have on businesses and society, as well as the multiple facets that must come together to enable that impact. I enjoy leading such a talented mix of technologists in delivering high-impact solutions that generate positive outcomes for our clients.

The Technology landscape is vast and ever-changing, which makes integration an imperative in every solution our team delivers. We pride ourselves on finding creative, resourceful, and sustainable solutions to problems — many of our clients didn't even know they had — until we solved it for them.

Mobilizing disparate skillsets across functional and geographic boundaries, and focusing them toward a common goal and gameplan, is central to mitigating risk and ensuring success. That said, no two clients are alike, and its always an interesting challenge to determine the approach that will work best in a given client's industry, organizational structure, and culture.
